Step two: pre-qualify for your loan

Step three: apply for your loan

Once you've made the offer and the sellers have accepted, you should apply for the loan. It couldn't be easier, and you can do it online, right here on our site. Finally, we'll order an appraisal of your new home.

Step four: your loan is funded

The agents will find an escrow/title company to handle the "funding" and closing of the sale. We'll work with this company to ensure all the papers your lender requires are in order, and you'll probably}likely sign all these papers at their officeWe coordinate with the title company on your date to close. Because you don't have to worry about these details, you can concentrate on moving, paint colors, new carpet, and all the details of moving into a new home.
